1. Definitions and Interpretation

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. It is strictly prohibited for the same person or family members to operate multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

Users must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If any information changes, update your account without delay. kx77 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all funds if false or misleading information is provided.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kx77 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of a National ID (NID) or passport may be requested before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password Security

Keep your account password completely confidential and never share it with anyone. It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep the account secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact kx77 support immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

kx77 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to harm other users of the platform.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on the kx77 platform is ৳100. We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming activities.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will be processed using the same method that was used to make the deposit.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Users must use a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals through any third party are strictly prohibited. In such cases, the transaction will be cancelled and the account may be subject to investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

New users can receive a 120% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the total bonus amount must be met.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳12,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they will be converted to real money only after the wagering conditions are met.
• After claiming a bonus from one promotion, the existing bonus conditions must be fulfilled or cancelled before claiming a new promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used on qualifying games or sports markets — details will be specified in kx77's individual promotion guidelines.
• Promotional offers may be changed or cancelled at any time at the company's sole discretion.
• If an attempt to abuse bonuses is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be subject to investigation.

5.3 VIP Program

The kx77 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed on kx77, all bets cannot be changed or cancelled. The total amount a user wishes to bet must be within their account balance — betting on credit is not accepted.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection affects the outcome of a bet or game, kx77 will review the relevant session before making a decision. Server logs will be treated as authoritative records.

6.3 Game Provider Rules
